The application round for FHLBank Atlanta’s 2015 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Competitive is underway. Applications and all supporting documentation must be delivered to the Bank by midnight on July 2, 2015. Please submit your application through FHLBAccess®.

We encourage you to apply for funding for your project. Since 1990, the Bank has awarded more than $672 million of equity-like funding for over 106,000 rental and homeownership units for projects like yours.

As a reminder, project sponsors must partner with an FHLBank Atlanta member financial institution to submit an AHP application. Sponsors that are new to the AHP must complete a one-time registration. Click here to begin the registration process. New registrations must be submitted by June 30. We encourage sponsors to register as early as possible so the member financial institution will have adequate time to review applications before the deadline.
