Grand Openings and Ribbon Cuttings Pricing

Option 1

  • AAHA will contact local Chamber to be present, they would provide ribbon and scissors
  • Balloons at entrance of property
  • Guest list with contact name addresses and/or email addresses and phone numbers is required of the developer to provide
  • Invitations printed and mailed, based off of the list provided by developer
  • Economic handout with important info printed and provided for each guest
  • Photographer on site—images to be sent out 48 hours after event
  • Stage, podium and mic with sound system provided
  • Bottled water, soda, fruit and vegetable tray, nuts, finger foods, and cake with complex name
  • Floral arrangements for tables
  • Press Release

Option 2

  • AAHA will contact local Chamber to be present, they would provide ribbon and scissors
  • Balloons at entrance of property
  • Guest list with contact name addresses and/or email addresses and phone numbers is required of the developer to provide
  • Invitations printed and mailed, based off of the list provided by developer
  • Economic handout with important info printed and provided for each guest
  • Photographer on site—images to be sent out 48 hours after event
  • Stage, podium and mic with sound system provided
  • Tent, tables, chairs, and linens will be provided
  • Floral arrangements for tables
  • Catering provided by local business to handle beverages and food, attendant from caterer present
    • Example of foods provided: BBQ, chicken, and pork sliders, chicken bites, deli sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans, etc.
    • Cake with complex name will be provided
